2D sketch inside a CAD model. Mirrors GeCAD ICADSketch — the
container of lines, arcs and circles drawn on a plane.
Obtain via ICadApiModel.AddSketch (just-created) or
ICAMAPIGeometryTreeNode.GetCadApiSketch (existing tree node).
