Interface IWrapperBase2

Wrapper over instances provided in CAM Open API, told who sent the request it is serving. A full replacement for IWrapperBase, not its heir: it repeats every member deliberately, so that once the registration surface and all wrappers have moved over, the old interface can be deleted outright rather than living on as an ancestor. Implement this one in new wrappers; a wrapper that implements only IWrapperBase keeps working and simply learns no sender.
