Interface ICamApiSmartHintBuilder
This is a tool for the time the extension is being written, not for every run of it.
It writes the .smarthint file of an extension, so that neither the format of the file nor the
identifiers of the hints have to be known: an identifier is built by CAM application from
the property the hint is written for. One builder writes one language plus its translations.
Every call writes the file at once.
