Interface ICamApiViewManager
A view manager owns a shared set of visual objects and the viewports that
render them: every viewport of the manager draws the same scene. CAMCore
main window is one such manager; a plugin can create its own (via
ICamApiVisualisationFactory) to draw in its own window(s).

BackgroundColor
Solid background color of every viewport rendering this manager's scene,
as a 32-bit $00BBGGRR value (Delphi TColor). Defaults to the host theme
window color. Setting it repaints immediately.
