Interface ICamApiHandlerSelectionChanged

Handler for the geometry-model selection-changed event. Implement this interface (together with ICamApiEventHandler) on a plugin object and register it via ICAMAPIGeometryModel.RegisterHandler. SelectionChanged fires after the set of selected geometry tree nodes changes — both from interactive viewport picking and from programmatic Selected/DeselectAll calls. AddedNodes and RemovedNodes carry the FullName of the nodes that became / stopped being selected; resolve them via FindByFullName.
